Among all the hospitals I have been to, the doctor was the kindest and explained everything in incredible detail. He even took photos himself and used Photoshop to show me what the result would look like. While looking at the CT images, he explained points I had not heard from about five other hospitals I visited, and in terms of kindness he was the best.
