I used ear cartilage and septal cartilage without an implant. I really had high expectations, but it turned into a pug nose and one side got pinched, so I had it removed early. The director said I would return more than 90% to my original nose... I'm really heartbroken. I just learned to comfort myself by telling myself that our aesthetic goals were simply different. It's already been several years, but I'm still consulting at one clinic after another to try to save my nose. It looks like the other people turned out pretty, though. Congratulations. I live with regret over my life again and again. Anyway, they are kind.
