The doctor is professional and trustworthy. They explained that adding silicone is aesthetically better, while not adding it is better from a safety standpoint. I had surgery recently, and I’m satisfied because there is no swelling and it looks natural. It seems they do not do dorsal augmentation using autologous dermis or fascia. Because they harvest from the septum for the surgery, the advantage is that there is no pain. They bring out the tip without making it sharp, so if that matches your aesthetic taste, this is a clinic worth recommending. If you can look at the clinic website or before-and-after photos, use them as a reference, and if the aesthetic matches yours, I recommend getting surgery here.
