I had a consultation around last summer, and they were kind and didn't pressure me to have surgery, which I liked. I also liked that the consultation with the director happened first. I had made a surgery reservation, but I canceled it out of unnecessary worry, and I still keep thinking I should have gone through with the alar reduction at that time.
