I couldn't get the procedure at the end because I got scared, but the consultation was really good. First of all, I could consult directly with the doctor without first meeting some manager or whoever. Of course, I was very satisfied with the consultation itself. After that I talked with the staff, and it was such a warm, human consultation that there wasn't the slightest manager vibe at all. There was zero pressure or pushing for a procedure, and they told me to think about it first and come back. Honestly, the most amazing thing is that all of this was free.
