Medial incision nostril reduction The consultation was done by drawing it out and showing me in the mirror. My nostrils themselves aren't that large, so I had been thinking about surgery because they flare when I smile. However, for my nose they recommended 1.5, but the nose shape I wanted would have required cutting about 0.5, and they said that wouldn't make a big difference when smiling. So it felt like paying 800,000 won to cut 0.5 mm and get a scar, which is why I decided not to have the surgery.. The consultation itself was good.
