I was really scared that it would look unnatural, but the doctor reassured me a lot, and said honestly that if I wanted to change the shape, I should get an implant, and if I wanted to reduce it, nasal tip reduction was the right choice. The manager was kind too, and the surgery went so well that people around me keep asking for information like crazy. At first I was recommended 3 mm, but I was scared it would be noticeable, so I went with 2.5 mm. They even woke me up midway so I could check, and at that point the doctor said that even from his own perspective it didn’t seem like I needed any more, so we compromised. I do regret not reducing it more, but it’s really so natural that even my mom wouldn’t know… I lost a lot of weight too...
