I thought long and hard and finally got the alar reduction I’d wanted for a long time. I haven’t had that much cosmetic surgery, but this is the one I’m most satisfied with, and I regret not doing it right when I became an adult. I can’t say there are absolutely no scars, but since my nostrils aren’t visible from the front, the scar doesn’t show at all. If I could go back, I’d definitely do it again. I’m insanely satisfied. For people who are scared of nose surgery, I recommend it. That said, if you’re not suited for alar reduction, it’s the kind of surgery you could regret, so I hope you consult a lot of places first.
