The manager and the doctor were both kind. They don't seem to do unnecessary surgery. I went because I have a bulbous nose, but my skin is thick too, so they said that even if they did an open approach, osteotomy, and surgery, the process would be too painful for too little effect, so they didn't recommend it. If they had to recommend anything, they said only reducing the alar base would be possible, but since the effect wouldn't be as dramatic as I wanted, they didn't recommend that either.
