It was my first surgery, and I had a standard nose bridge and tip procedure. It wasn’t a hump nose or a bulbous nose, so it was just a standard surgery. I wanted a gently curved half-moon line, but I got a straighter line. I wanted a more glamorous nose, and I was especially fixated on the tip more than the bridge, but since my nose was on the small side, they said that even using cartilage inside and ear cartilage was the best they could do. They said if I wanted it raised more, I’d probably have to go to another clinic and use autologous rib cartilage. But it hurt so much, and the bruising was severe, and the bruises lasted until two months later, so everyday life was hard... After asking a lot of people I know, they said it definitely hurts less if you do it at a place that’s really good I knew someone who had surgery four times The manager was extremely rude, seriously the worst, and the staff weren’t friendly either... The doctor who did the surgery was actually the kindest, and he explained things well. In the end, the cosmetic result is good now. But if I think about it getting droopier over time, I’d probably want a revision in about three years
