I went for my first consultation, and they started the consultation after just lowering my mask for a moment. I thought that was the normal way, but when I went to consult elsewhere, I realized they explain things by directly touching the nose and describing what it will feel like. It all went by really quickly, so I don't think I even heard exactly what they were going to do. I went for a nose consultation, but they recommended chin filler or an implant, so I don't think I'll have it done here.
