I'm fairly satisfied with the surgery result. They explained that no screw fixation was needed and performed the surgery quickly. I went in with a light 마음, but later when I looked around this community, I saw that there can be side effects like bone erosion and silicone complications, and if I had known that, I don't think I would have done it.
