It was 4 million won for osteotomy, septum, and ear cartilage use. I only did a little footwork at two places and ended up having it done elsewhere with donated rib cartilage, but I wonder how it would have turned out if I had done it here. I went in for a paranasal augmentation and was told that if I had nose surgery too, it would look even prettier, and since I had always had concerns about my nose, I asked for a nose consultation when I went to have the stitches removed, and went ahead with it.
