I went there for revision surgery because my fold had loosened. They weren’t overly friendly, but they also weren’t rude, and they seemed professional. They checked my eye line a few times, said this would work, asked if I had any questions, and that was it. The consultation ended quickly, and there was no pressure to leave a deposit. A strong, expert vibe.
