I saw a lot of reviews saying they were rude, but they were extremely kind. The downside is that the price is way too high. But while other places all said I had to get a line cut, here they said it was fine to do it with my existing line, so I went ahead with the surgery. It turned out really well and I am very satisfied. Especially the incision-line suturing is neat to the core.
