I made an appointment well in advance when I had plenty of time, but only the consultation manager saw me, so I'm leaving this here... The manager's consultation was okay. They said the nose material would be septal cartilage and ear cartilage, and they recommended alar reduction and posterior-inferior canthoplasty, but said I didn't have to do them now. The nose line starts a bit high and has a flashy feel. They did not recommend inner canthoplasty.
