I had a consultation, and because it took a full hour rather than just 10 or 20 minutes, I got the feeling that they really care about patients and that this wasn’t a rushed consultation but a detailed one. I also saw that they were trying to lower the nose design together with the patient. The only disappointing point is that there are very few reviews compared with other hospitals, so even though the consultation was good and the director and staff were kind, I still think it’s hard to decide easily..
