I consulted at several places for nose surgery, and this was one of the kindest and most detailed consultations by far. There were no salesy comments, and they carefully explained everything while actually touching my nose and drawing diagrams. They also explained the five questions I had written down on my phone in a way that was easy to understand. Recommended.
