The manager seemed a little annoyed. The doctor explained things very carefully, and although he didn't feel especially kind, he didn't make me feel bad either. There was no pressure to pay a deposit or to pick a date quickly. But what's interesting is that if you withdraw cash and bring it here, there was a discount on the surgery fee.
