I visited because this seemed to be the only place that does neck wrinkle surgery without an incision. First, a female manager consulted with me, then the doctor, then the manager again. The manager was generally kind, and even though I asked a ton of questions, she explained everything in detail while showing me photos from previous cases. The doctor was kind too, but he didn't explain the surgical method in detail, so I felt a little uneasy.
