This had been my lifelong wish, so I looked into it and found a hospital where it was possible, and went ahead with the consultation. Since I live far away, I had the consultation by video call, and the doctor was very kind and explained everything well. I'm getting the surgery within the next month, and I'm really looking forward to it.
