While watching YouTube, I found a case in the classification of nose surgery cases that was similar to my nose, and they said they were confident about that surgery, so I visited first. When I said I was worried about inflammation from silicone, they accepted a no-implant bridge and had a style of trying to match the patient's needs as much as possible. They definitely have confidence in surgery, but there weren't many before-and-after photos that could really be applied to me, so I can't trust confidence based on words alone.
