My nose became extremely natural, and over time the tip of the nose did drop But there were no side effects. Instead, the dermis scar on my butt became severe. Of course it's not on my face, so I don't get that stressed about it, but if someone were to see it, it'd still be awkward I went to Southeast Asia for an oil massage, and the masseuse thought something was stuck on my tailbone, so she kept wiping it with a towel... The scar is left a bit brown and thick, and sometimes it itches.
