I went in the late afternoon, almost evening, so the doctor looked very tired. Their voice was almost down to a whisper, and it felt like they weren't very enthusiastic about recommending eye-related procedures either. The manager was kind. But in terms of professionalism, I still felt I could trust them enough, and among the clinics I consulted before making up my mind, this was the only one that gave me roughly the kind of surgical estimate I had already been thinking about. At other places, they kept adding this and that, and the price kept going up, but here they said it wasn't necessary and that this alone would be enough, which I liked.
