I went for a consultation about protruding mouth, and the desk staff was not good. I don't know about the surgery skill. The doctor personally showed before-and-after photos and gave a long explanation based on examples and CT scans about why I was not a candidate for protruding-mouth surgery. I liked that they didn't recommend other areas.
