I went for a consultation a few years ago, and they told me I was a candidate for double-jaw surgery. They explained in detail why correction alone or surgery for protruding mouth alone wouldn’t be enough. At the time, the pretty, short desk staff was not very pleasant. (She may not even be there anymore now.) They used to operate together with a dental clinic, and I never saw any patients there.
