A few years ago, I had double jaw surgery at Star Plastic Surgery clinic (the sound of the term “double jaw surgery” isn’t very pleasant, so they apparently call it “non-extraction protruding-mouth surgery”). My gums used to show a lot when I smiled, but after the surgery, that improved so they now show in a really appropriate amount. However, as a result of the double jaw surgery, I developed sagging skin and nasal widening, and my lower jaw moved backward to match the upper jaw, making my chin shorter.
