I burned 10 million won on breast surgery and it was a complete disaster. At first there wasn't much fat injected, so when the surgery ended I was so surprised that I even asked if they had actually done the surgery because the size difference was so small. The circumference difference before and after surgery was about 3 cm, and after it all went away I almost returned to my pre-surgery state. At the time I didn't think about the side effects of fat grafting at all and naturally thought it would be better than implants. I had faith in the survival rate because the price was so high, but in my case it just didn't suit me. I'm looking into implant surgery again...
