When it comes to a hospital's kindness, honestly I do not care that much about speaking nicely. What matters is whether they explain in detail what surgery they will do and what results they will give. Honestly, though, I found their excessive confidence a bit strange. If you are going to look at a person's body in detail and explain things, that builds trust and I would go ahead, but since that part was lacking, I think this place will only be for consultation.
