I had nose surgery 9 years ago. My wide nose was improved a lot, but the nostrils are a little uneven, and they said my nose was originally crooked, so it is a bit crooked. I don't have enough information, but they seem to prefer natural-looking results. I had no side effects, but since there wasn't a dramatic change, I'm thinking about revision surgery.
