I had a zygomatic revision surgery with a coronal incision to improve sagging cheeks. As time went by, the cheekbone area became more painful and I felt a sunken appearance externally, so I got a CT scan and found a nonunion. The zygomatic bone pieces were attached in a strange way, as if they were trying to forcibly extend the bone.
