I got a consultation for otoplasty for protruding ears, and they said that because of insufficient autologous ear cartilage due to nose surgery, I would need to receive donated cartilage transplantation. They also said my ears are narrow, so even if they are pinned back, I wouldn't get much of a front-facing effect. They said it would be expensive and not very effective, so I gave up on it.
