The director wasn't so much kind as he was very good at explaining things in a calm, methodical way. He told me very realistically what could and couldn't be done, and explained the reasons well too. The facility was clean too, maybe because it had been remodeled. However, the consultation manager was really bad. About the patient's concerns, he spoke as if side effects like that are something anyone can naturally have, and that if you want to become pretty, shouldn't you be able to put up with that much? I didn't like the manager's consultation, so I decided not to do it here.
