I had a consultation, but it wasn’t as good as I’d hoped. I don’t know if they just didn’t catch the parts I was unhappy with or thought they weren’t a big deal, but the line they drew for me was also not great. During the consultation, they got stuck on one of the things I listed as a wish, and kept talking about that even though it wasn’t that important;; I couldn’t understand people in other reviews saying the later consultation with the head manager was better, but for me too the consultation with the consultation manager was much better. But I can’t exactly go into surgery just because of that...
