I got consultations at two places, and the consultation with the director was much better. At the other hospital, the young director spoke about the price without any empathy for the patient and tried to finish things quickly in a perfunctory way, but at this hospital the director made me feel comfortable, like a close acquaintance was helping me think things through. The director’s consultation was impressive.
