Other people said everyone was kind and nice, but I’m not so sure.. When I first went for a consultation, I felt like they were recommending surgery way too aggressively. No other clinic had ever told me to get an epicanthoplasty, but the consultation manager recommended it;; The doctor kept answering in short phrases during the consultation, so I felt awkward asking questions.. (Why do they keep telling me to ask questions when they aren’t going to explain things in detail like the consultation manager does?) The most disappointing thing at this clinic was that on the day I went back for my 3-day follow-up, they didn’t even disinfect the wound and were just going to send me home;; When the male nurse asked whether this person had been disinfected, the female nurse next to him kept arguing with him, saying the director said it didn’t need to be done, and the two of them kept going back and forth.. In the end the male nurse disinfected it, but it didn’t look good..
