I had surgery for a bulbous nose, and they did tip cartilage tying, osteotomy, and alar reduction. The result... well, maybe it's because my nose is strange, but overall I'm not satisfied. I can let the nose surgery slide since it is a difficult surgery, but when I went to another hospital 4 years after the surgery, they said the aristocratic surgery had been inserted in the wrong position... The doctor's kindness is just so-so.
