This was a reoperation on my eyes, and both the doctor’s consultation and the manager’s consultation were excellent. It was moving, honestly.... They do a lot of surgeries, and I’m the type who’s extremely exhausting because I question everything if I’m really going to do something. I asked a huge number of questions, like how the surgery method would create this shape or that shape, etc., and both the doctor and the consultation manager responded so well that I lost track of time. The doctor even took out a book and showed me all the photos while explaining. The only regret is that after surgery, the existing adhesion strength of the line is strong, so it’s still folding along the old line. They said that with time it will eventually settle into the raised reoperation line, so I’m going to wait a little longer. I guess I have to wait...;; I’m really impatient and begged them to do the reoperation right away, but they calmed me down well(?). Just for that alone, I give them a high score for patient response.
