I had rhinoplasty 3 years ago (crooked nose + bridge + tip correction). The surgery took about an hour and a half, and as the doctor said, it came out really natural! The explanation during the consultation was also very kind and thorough. My original nose was rather small, so I was advised that if the bridge were made higher, the nose could look unnaturally lifted, so I didn't do that part.
