I think there wasn't even an elevator in the building, and somehow the clinic felt old. The director/doctor preferred a natural look, so even though I have a low nose bridge, he recommended silicone or fascia. When I asked whether fascia gets absorbed, he said if the bridge gets absorbed and I'm dissatisfied, he would recommend filler.
