I visited for a consultation for my first incisional double-eyelid surgery. I'm a man, so I didn't know much basics and just listened, but they were extremely kind. They lowered my mask a little to check the size of my nostrils, then started the consultation. The director's opinion was firm and realistic. I asked if my eyes were small, and got hit with a blunt answer that they weren't big I also felt like their aftercare was really well done, and I got the impression it would be a good clinic. Since it is a clinic that charges a consultation fee, the coordinator does take time to let you ask whatever questions you have. It felt very comfortable, and there was no pressure to pay a deposit, which I liked.
