I went there because I heard the director had a lot of experience and specialized in eyes, and they explained everything in great detail. What left a strong impression was that even during the phone consultation before, they were kind. I made time to go for an in-person consultation, and both the director and the manager were very thorough in their explanations. It wasn't just an explanation of the surgery, but also what condition my eyes are in now, what method would be best, what would work well and what wouldn't. They even explained in detail the possible side effects that could occur after surgery, so I definitely recommend going for a consultation.
