When I first went in, I was a little surprised because there were only middle-aged women there. Then I had a consultation with the director first. They were kind. After everything was done, I had a consultation with the manager, who seemed experienced and was kind, and more than anything, I liked that they didn't look like someone who had had a ton of cosmetic surgery.
