I was worried because there were no reviews, but the director did the consultation while showing before-and-after photos of surgeries he had performed himself. Since it was definitely no-implant, I was surprised that there was hardly any difference in the front view. Unless you do osteotomy or alar reduction, it seemed like it would only rise nicely on the side. It seems hard to compromise with reality.. I like a natural look, but if I'm spending the money anyway, I want to look prettier too,, The consultation with the director was nice, but I'm still thinking about it
