I heard they turn down difficult cases here, so I came in worried because my nose is very difficult, but it seems they don't reject difficult cases so much as people who are distrustful of plastic surgery or too sensitive. Since plastic surgery won't turn out 100% exactly the way I want, it seems they reject people on that basis. They told me about a nose that would suit my whole face, and as rumored they kept showing me BLACKPINK Jisoo's nose, which made me laugh. It really is just like the reviews said. If I get it done here, I don't think it'll be ruined. Since this is a revision surgery, they carefully asked me why the first surgery failed, and I think if I ask them to do it a certain way, they would keep it in mind during surgery. Even severely contracted noses seem to be done naturally from the photos, but if you have a very slightly short and wide nose with a bulbous tip and not much hump, I think you'd get the best result. For a long nose with a very severe hump, I don't think it would improve much because this isn't the kind of place that does dramatic over-aggressive osteotomy and surgery. I don't have a case like mine, with a slightly upturned and pinched nose, so I can't predict the result,,, If this had been my first surgery, I would have chosen this place... My nose is pinched and I don't have much flesh on it, so I'm worried it would end up too skinny.
