The male director is kind, but the female dermatologist is not kind. She also speaks rather bluntly. Because I had a lot of acne, I needed to calm that down first, but the consultation manager kept pushing laser treatment first. The only thing I liked was the care specialist. There is an old care specialist there who does extractions amazingly well.
