When I went for a consultation about eye-related concerns, my impression was that because so many people come in, they try to move things along quickly. Since they've seen it so many times, they probably know the drill, but from the customer's point of view, it felt a bit disappointing. The doctor's tone and intonation were bright, which I liked, but there were still a few disappointing points. The later consultation with the manager was good in terms of the back-and-forth questions.
