In the end, I gave up because they said I could only see the director on the day of surgery after I decided to have the operation. Personally, I'm the type who needs some back-and-forth with the director to choose a clinic, so it was hard to decide based only on the consultation with the manager. I'll stop there... It's the first clinic I've ever seen with no consultation with the director.
