The clinic felt a bit like an assembly-line style place, and because the director was busy, I usually got explanations from the coordinator and nurses. I only briefly saw the director before and after surgery. Still, the director seemed to have a lot of surgical experience, so the surgery ended well, and I liked that most of the cost could be reimbursed through my medical insurance.
