I went 2 years ago because of gynecomastia that developed from childhood obesity. The manager there was better at talking than most plastic surgery managers.. The price was 2.7 million won for gynecomastia plus 300,000 won for tightening (optional), so it came to around 3 million won, and the tightening was not covered by insurance. I went back because I was a little dissatisfied after the surgery, but the doctor only said it was fine. Even so, the reason I give the surgery a 5 out of 5 is that the areolar incision scar healed really naturally. They said the areola would also get smaller after surgery, but it did not. I plan to have areola reduction separately later. The gynecomastia surgery itself turned out fine. The nurses were kind. It was my first time with sedation anesthesia, and before surgery they kept talking to me to help me relax.. Anyway, for gynecomastia surgery, I do not think you need to go all the way to Gangnam. They do it well enough.
